Do award finalists receive a complimentary ticket?

Yes, individual award finalists receive one complimentary ticket. Team award finalists receive two complimentary tickets.

If you are an award finalist and haven’t received an email containing your complimentary ticket registration, please check your junk/spam folder or contact wanmea@eventandconferenceco.com.au.

I would like to book a table and request an award finalist to be seated on the same table. How should I do this?

If you would like to request for an award finalist to be seated on your table, please purchase the number of individual tickets you require (for example; nine tickets if you are purchasing a table of ten), and note in the “Seating Requirements” section the name of the finalist you would like on your table.

Note: Please take into consideration that the award finalist may already have booked tickets for family and/or friends. We recommend discussing with the award finalist whether they have purchased additional tickets prior to organising your table.

I don't have a confirmed list of guests names for our table yet. What should I do?

Please write your organisation name in the first and last name section, when completing your registration form. If you are the booking contact, include your email address for all guests at this stage. Once you have the confirmed list of guests attending, please send a list with their first and last name, email address and dietary requests to wanmea@eventandconferenceco.com.au.

Please note, dietary requests must be provided by Thursday, 2nd May 2024. Any dietary requests and/or changes beyond this deadline unfortunately cannot be considered.

I want to sit with other people, but we purchased tickets separately. How can I organise this?

Please include the guests’ names in the “Seating Requirements” section. Any changes must be communicated to wanmea@eventandconferenceco.com.au, by Wednesday 1st May, 2024.

Please note, there are a few factors we take into consideration when table planning, including the Department’s guidelines. We will consider your request. However, we cannot guarantee fulfilment.

Can I request my table to be positioned near another table from my organisation or another organisation?

Can I book a table of 11?

Unfortunatley we cannot do 11 to a table. The maximum capacity per table is 10 people

What is the refund policy?

All requests for registration refunds must be made in writing by sending an email to wanmea@eventandconferenceco.com.au. For cancellations made prior to the 11th April 2024, a full refund will be offered.

Refunds will NOT be processed for cancellation after 11 April 2024, however, substitute attendees are acceptable.

Am I allowed to transfer my registration to someone else?

Should you be unable to attend any part of the 2024 WA Nursing and Midwifery Excellence Awards it is permissible to transfer your registration to another person. To do so, please login to your registration and update details. If you have any issues, please contact wanmea@eventandconferenceco.com.au.

I don’t know my table guests’ dietary requests, but I would like to secure tickets now. Can I send these through at a later stage?

Dietary requests are submitted to the venue on Thursday, 2nd May 2024. Any dietary requests and/or changes beyond this deadline unfortunately cannot be considered. (i.e., any name changes received after the submission date will receive the meal requirements of the original attendee).

Please take note of the venue’s terms and conditions, in relation to dietary requests:

  • Crown Perth is unable to offer a fully halal meal. Whilst some items and ingredients used in dishes may be halal certified, Crown Perth are not able to provide a fully certified halal meal. Meats come from halal certified suppliers and if a halal request is received, Crown Perth will do their best to provide halal ingredients.
  • While all efforts are made to accommodate dietary requests, the venue cannot 100% guarantee against the presence of the allergens due to the kitchen
  • No requests to change the meals on the night will be accepted.

I've already purchased tickets and would like to purchase additional tickets. How do I do this?

If you have already purchased individual tickets/a table of ten and would like to purchase more, please visit the wanmea registration link and ‘create a new user account’. You will need to use a different email address to your existing profile. 

Important: Please do not sign in with your exisiting login to purchase new tickets as this will override your exisiting registrations. The sign in functionality allows you to login and edit guests’ details.

After a new user account has been created, you will be able to proceed with purchasing individual tickets or a table of ten. For more information on group bookings, please visit our guide here.

I am having issues registering my tickets. What can I do?

Please try the below solutions if you are having troubles registering your tickets:

  1. Clear your browsing data and cookies
  2. Open the registration link in an Incognito window
  3. Open the registration link in a different web browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer etc)
  4. Restart your browser
  5. If you have already purchased tickets and would like to purchase additional registrations, please ensure you ‘create a new user account.’ For further information on this, visit the FAQ above.
